You’re sitting in your car waiting patiently at a zebra crossing on a cold and miserable Friday afternoon in March. It is true that the property market in Spain has witnessed phenomenal growth along its beautiful Southern coastline from the Costa Brava to the Costa del Azahar and from the Costa Blanca to the Costa del Sol.
